Description
The Chemport V-100 technology provides protection to both the wearer and individuals within a close proximity. Specifically designed to protect against viruses, bacteria, and other pathogens with a filtration size of 23 nanometres. The coronavirus (by way of example) is 80-120 nanometres.
It exceeds existing standards of certification for bacterial arrestment. There is no actual certification against viral arrestment currently for face masks, making V-100 to be one of the leading at the forefront of viral arrestment technology. Lightweight and comfortable to wear, the Chemport V-100 technology is designed to protect the wearer against viruses down to the smallest of sizes.
A fully established face mask with adjustable nose strip and ear loops. The Chemport V-100 offers a tight face fitting that is comfortable to wear for long periods of time.
- Protection up to 99.93% against viruses
- Viricidal outer fabric which has performed by destroying 77% within 60 seconds and over 90% of the virus within 5 minutes. Washed 50 times at 60c it still destroys viruses at 98% within 2 hours.
- Triboelectric charged filtration which with a combination of the 9-layer filter medium retains and re-generates its triboelectric charge which does not disrupt the ingress and egress of air when breathing through the filter or panel.
- Reusable and machine washable at 60c up to 50 washes with no deterioration of its anti-viral properties
The V-100 facemask is not a fashion mask and is currently undergoing medical testing to meet international medical standards. As a consequence, limited colours are available.
